Do I have to make an account?

Yes! It makes sure all the Sessions you purchase are kept safely in one place.

How do I purchase a film?

Click the Rent button on any Session, and then enter your credit card information in the popup window. Once you’ve completed your purchase, the films will all unlock for you.

Help! I’ve found a short film I want to watch, but I can’t seem to purchase it!

We like to curate our films into ‘Sessions’ that bundle together multiple films along a specific filmmaker, country or narrative theme. You can browse these Sessions on our home page, and make a purchase of an entire bundle from there.

How long do I have to watch the films I’ve just bought?

Once you’ve purchased a Session, you have 14 days to watch your films. You may rewatch, pause and rewind to your heart’s content within that 14 day window.

What can I watch the films on?

We offer a range of ways to watch! Use your phone, tablet, web browser or Smart TV. Be sure to check at the bottom of this page for more specific system requirements.

You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection - dial up will not work. You’ll find a complete list of requirements below.

I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements at the bottom of this page. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate in the bottom right corner of the video.

What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

System Requirements


We support PC’s running Windows 7, Windows 8.1 , Windows 10, and Windows 11. Earlier versions are not (officially) supported.


We support Macs running OSX 10.12+. Earlier versions are not (officially) supported.


We support Android devices running Android 6.0 or later.


We support iOS 11.0 or later.


We support iPadOS 11.0 or later.

Apple TV:

We support tvOS 12.0 or later, as well as Airplay v4.0 or later to Apple TV.

Amazon TV:

We support Fire TV Gen 1 - 3, Fire TV 4K and Fire TV Lite.

Android TV:

This has the same requirement as the Android handheld app.

Linux is not supported.


We support Chromecasting content from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge web browsers, as well as from our apps.

First generation Chromecasts are not supported due to a bug they have decoding DRM.

Smart TV’s:

For a stable experience, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of AmazonTV, AndroidTV or AppleTV depending on your device.
