Do I have to make an account?

Yep! It makes sure all of the films you purchase are kept safely in one place.

How long do I have to watch the films I’ve bought?

Starting from when you buy your films, you’ll have 14 days to watch your films. You may rewatch, pause and rewind as much as you want within the 14 day window.

What can I watch the films on?

You can watch on PCs running Windows 7+ or , and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch on Android tablets and phones using Chrome and on iPhones and iPads using Safari. Linux is not supported and unfortunately won’t work.

What kind of internet do I need?

Our streaming service automatically adjusts the quality of the video so it works on most internet speeds. That said, you’re going to need a broadband or fibre connection. Dial-up just isn’t going to cut it!

I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.

What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate in the bottom right corner of the video.

Can I Chromecast content?

You can Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on PC and Mac computers.
